Merchandise can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase with original tags on item and receipt.

JAKS INITIAL LOFT is able to personalize items of your own that you bring in. The personalization of these items is at the discretion of the manager on duty. If we feel that the material is not suitable for personalization we will advise the customer. If the customer chooses to still go ahead and have us personalize the item a waiver must be signed. Personalization of outside items starts at $15 and up.
